Production Plant and Capacity

The Company’s production facilities are strategically located in Liaoning province, China, which is in close proximity to raw materials and energy sources such as aluminum ingots, coal and electricity.

The Company is equipped with technologically advanced production facilities and machinery mainly from Germany, Italy, Japan, Switzerland and Spain, including large scale extrusion presses and equipment for electroplating and electrophoresis, age treatment and surface processing.

In 2007, the Company completed the installation of a 125MN oil-driven dual action extrusion press, which is currently the largest of its kind in China and one of the most advanced extrusion presses in the world, enabling the Company to produce high value-added, large-section and high-precision aluminum extrusion products. In addition, the Company has another two 50MN aluminum extrusion presses. With these advanced facilities, the Company has the leading production capacity in China and the ability to satisfy different demands from its transportation sector customers.

The Company has been ranked the number one aluminum extrusion products manufacturer in China for four consecutive years from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, the Company achieved a production capacity of 535,000 tonnes and a production volume of 419,000 tonnes.
