Chen Xi, Deputy Secretary of CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee, together with Liaoning’s Party Secretary Sun Yuanliang, Mayor Tang Zhiguo and Liaoning’s Party Deputy Secretary Yang Lixian, visited China Zhongwang on 28 October 2010 for research work. Gou Xihui, Vice President of China Zhongwang, and Zhang Rui, head of the Group’s labour union, accorded warm welcome to the visitors.
During his stay, Chen visited areas including China Zhongwang’s showroom, aluminum processing area and engineering technology research centre, having a better idea of the Group’s operation and major projects. Seeing the growth of China Zhongwang, Chen gladly said the Group has taken the opportunity arises from the government’s plan to revive the northeast region as an industrial base, and has stepped up the development of science and technology projects, revamp of products and innovation. Since its listing, the Group has strived to optimize its structure by increasing production and boost the industry through innovation. He spoke highly of China Zhongwang’s ambition and achievement and recognized the vision and leadership of Chairman Liu Zhongtian.
Accelerating economic transformation, optimizing the economic structure and promoting sustainable development are the focuses of the Liaoning government this year, Chen said. China Zhongwang is pursuing rapid, quality development and improving its financial position, which makes the Group stand out among privately-owned enterprises. The Group contributes to the growth in both the Liaoyang city and Liaoning province. Chen also urged the Group to uphold the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as well as the 5th Plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee and value the impact of junior members on the Group, aiming to make breakthroughs in all aspects.
The visit shows that the Party Committee attaches high importance to Liaoyang’s private companies and Liaoyang’s economy driven by them, which exerts great influence over the future development of China Zhongwang.
