We regularly compile databases of suppliers by tagging and catergorising them, as well as assessing and monitoring their performance in the context of product quality, environment, health and safety, and social responsibility. This process differentiates the suppliers of high quality materials and products from the rest, and effectively prevents the use of defective materials and products. The Group has also made efforts to perform regular monitoring of its product quality and has set in place product recall and quality assurance system. Furthermore, we are dedicated to improving our innovation and product development capability, and have established a strong research team working with state-of-the-art scientific equipment.
