Safety has always been a priority of ours. Our policy emphasises “people-oriented, safety first, prevention-based, integrated governance, and sustainable development”. To that end, we have set up a safety accountability system complementing our production procedures. The system is also in line with our principle of “management, equipment, and training”.

Through training and employee education, we stress to our staff that prevention is better than cure and safety is paramount. These activities enhance the safety awareness and self-protective instincts of employees. Moreover, we have been investing in the upgrade and transformation of our production facilities. The new and improved facilities have higher safety levels, and aim to protect our staff from accidents and to create a more sound and secure environment. For example, we have installed dust removal equipment at our production plants to maintain good ventilation.

Our occupational health and safety system has been certified by OHSAS 18001 and complies with international health and safety production standards. Multiple training sessions have been organised at the Liaoyang production base, with the full participation of the entire workforce. As all specialised operators are required to take specific training regularly, all of them possess the required certification. Our work-related injury rate has long been kept to a relative minimum.
