Following the completion of Phase 1, 2 and 3 of the smelting and casting production lines for industrial aluminium extrusion products, China Zhongwang embarked on a new phase of capacity expansion for its smelting and casting facilities in October last year to accommodate its development needs. 

The 3-phase expansion plan, upon completion, will double the existing number of production lines and equipment which include aluminium smelting furnace, static holding furnace for molten aluminium, casting machineas well as ancillary pipelines and other systems.

In order to ensure completion on schedule, the workshop for industrial aluminium extrusion products has designed practical execution plan in accordance with the company’s strategy.  The workshop strives to carry out the expansion plan systematically while maintaining smooth production, close cooperation with equipment suppliers and efficient handling of orders.

The installation of core equipment including aluminium smelting furnace is carried out by technicians of equipment suppliers. Taking into account the actual setting of the casting workshop for industrial aluminium extrusion products, scientific and system aticarrangements are made before installation is carried out.

The casting workshop for industrial aluminium extrusion products drives the installation process and ensures regular production during the capacity expansion.  Various units of China Zhongwang including the Infrastructure Department, Mechanical Engineering Department, Electric Power Department and Equipment Department cooperate seamlessly from land infrastructure and installation of isolation plates for furnace platform, to establishing high-voltage power supply system to follow up and inspection on equipment installation.
