15 March 2011 – Zhongwang Group is honoured to announce that it has obtained necessary approval and support from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Department of Finance, and Small and Medium Enterprise Bureau of Liaoning Province to establish a designated post-doctoral research centre for Liaoning Province.  Not only will this enable the group to attract a strong talent pool to drive further integration of its production knowhow, academic knowledge and research findings, it will also strengthen the group’s core competencies and capabilities in technological innovation.

According to the relevant regulations under the “Liaoning Province Enterprise Post-doctoral Programme”, Zhongwang has established a special working committee with well-defined responsibilities to drive the establishment of the post-doctoral research centre. The committee takes into consideration the actual situation to establish a sound management regime. It engages in proactive discussion with other units to identify research projects and works out proper recruitment plans.  Favourable research and living environments are offered to facilitate active participation and good progress of research studies.  The plan is to expand the scale of the centre through continual recruitment of new talents and make good use of the research platform to introduce and nurture high caliber individuals who have strong technological background and good management skills.
