1 May 2011 – As directed by the central government, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Party Committee, Tacheng Prefectural Committee and Liaoning Frontline Command Office of Assistance in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a group of over 20 delegates from Tacheng District Party and Emin County Party visited Zhongwang Group. The delegation was led by Mr. GAO Hongbin, Party Secretary of Liaoning Frontline Command Office of Assistance in Xingjian Uygur Autonomous Region, General Commander, Leader-in-chief and Deputy Secretary of Tacheng Prefectural Committee, and Mr. HE Yonghui, Secretary of Emin County Committee, in a bid to explore trade and economic cooperation opportunities to support the Xinjiang region.

The delegation included Mr. ZHANG Wenqiang, member of Prefectural Party Committee and Deputy General Commissioner of Administrative Office; Mr. HOU Benchi, Vice Commissioner of Administrative Office; Mr. LI Yanwu, Director of District China Merchants Bureau cum Secretary- General of Regional Party Delegation; Mr. LIU Zhigang, Director of Project Planning for Liaoning Frontline Command Office of Assistance in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous region cum Vice Secretary of District Party Delegation; Mr. MA Xuewu, District Development and Reform Commission Officer; Mr. ZHU Zhigan, Deputy Secretary of Emin County Committee and Head of Liaoning Office of Assistance in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; Mr. ZHANG Changxin, member of Emin County Standing Committee, Vice County Mayor cum Vice Mayor of Liaoyang Dengta City, was accompanied by relevant officials including  Mr. ZHANG Hongwu, member of Liaoyang Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, as well as Mr. SONG Duojin, Mayor of Hongwei District.

The delegates visited with immense interest Zhongwang’s showroom, industrial aluminium processing area, smelting workshop and other units. They were impressed by the roaring sound of the machines, the workers with tremendous vigor and production lines operating in full swing.

The senior officials of the delegation gave highly commended the rapid development and achievements of Zhongwang Group. Zhongwang Group’s endeavors in developing the regional economy are well-recognized. In addition, the delegates introduced the economic development and the respective advantages of their own regions. They highlighted the progress of the relevant projects which have entered into collaborative agreements with Liaoyang. They looked forward to enhancing cooperation and exchanges with Zhongwang Group to promote mutual economic development.
