On 12 June 2011, the first batch of 25 new inverter pulse arc welding machines were delivered to Liaoning Zhongwang Group and set at the new die processing workshop. According to the Group’s plan, die processing workshop will be responsible for the welding of pallets and related products, which were used to be handled by the railway carriage body production workshop.

The new pulse arc welding machines adopt sealed digital wire feeders with optical feedback system to offer various outstanding functions. The equipment has a simple design to facilitate movement and storage. The user-friendly control panel allows the operators to choose various welding functions and pre-set the welding parameter. With the respective buttons on the panels, the machines calculate and adjust parameter values accurately.
In addition, the new equipment has precise control over the heat input to minimise the tendency of heating crakes and detects abnormalities and malfunction automatically to ensure timely and effective handling of unexpected issues.
