further fabrication Contended with the heavy workload from making pallets and extrusion processing, the further fabrication center of Zhongwang has adopted effective measures to carry out its dual missions.
The process of welding pallets is not as simple as it seems. Zhongwang Group adopts two shifts in its production process, ensuring the full operation of welding machines. The further fabrication center pays the utmost attention to product quality during the ongoing production process with a view to maintaining the quality.
Aluminum pallets are applied in the production centers of manufacturing companies. further fabrication products, they can be sold at twice higher than the price of regular industrial extrusions for their durability and recyclability.
Today, Zhongwang Group is actively expanding further fabrication technology as evidenced by setting up a further fabrication technical team. Through the processes such as cutting, welding and surface treatment, industrial aluminum extrusion products can be further processed into finished products ready for customers’ use. Furthermore, the Group has completed the construction of aluminum extrusion further fabrication manufacturing plant and started the new equipment installation. It is expected that the full operation will generate new profits for Zhongwang Group.
Additionally, to meet the high precision welding processing requirements of aluminum alloy used in auto bodies, Zhongwang Group’s auto production center newly introduced two “welding robots”. The assembly work for the new auto carriage manufacturing workshop has been progressing fast. Together with the introduction and uses of advanced machines like machining processing equipment, the procurement of new equipment in new workshop has also entered a critical phase. For example, the introduction of “welding robots” is among the most important. An installation of one of the “welding robots” has been undergoing in order to satisfy the processing requirements of large-section aluminum alloys used in auto bodies of various models.
The newly introduced “welding robots” make use of today’s most advanced laser sensor system. With the laser welding tracking sensor theory, the robot is able to track welds precisely in the three dimensional space during different welding processes. What’s more, the sensor can adjust welding speed and fuse transmission speed according to the changes of filling capacity of weld metals, thereby ensuring the precision of welding seams and perfect shape. It is easy to operate the welding robot which in turn make the processing more efficient.
