Recently, Liaoning Zhongwang Group has completed the installation of two lately-introduced 36MN extrusion presses. They now enter the phase for tuning and testing with the addition of materials.

Today, aluminum extrusion equipment is steering towards a new direction marked by a large scale, modernization, sophistication and automation. Liaoning Zhongwang Group continues to optimize the capacity this year. To fulfill customers’ specific requirements and produce tailor-made products, the Group has built an aluminum alloy smelting and casting facilitywhich is pioneering in the global industry and also a center for specific industrial aluminum die design and production, the largest in Asia.

As of 30 Jun 2011, Liaoning Zhongwang owns a total of 75 aluminum extrusion production lines including 125MN oil-driven dual action aluminum extrusion press with an annual production capacity exceeding 70 million tons. To further strengthen and expand production capacity of large-section industrial aluminum extrusion products together with earnings capability, the Group will install 18 large aluminum extrusion presses each with pressing power at or above 75MN this year and next year according to plan. Of these 18 presses, three are globally-advanced 125MN extrusion presses. Liaoning Zhongwang has put the two newly installed 75MN extrusion presses into full operation. On top of that, the two newly introduced 125MN extrusion presses have already begun the installation.
