Standing Committee Member of Liaoning Province and Chairman of Provincial Labor Union Zhao Guohong visited Liaoning Zhongwang Group

Zhao Guohong, Standing Committee Member of Liaoning Province and Chairman of Liaoning Provincial Labor Union visited Liaoning Zhongwang Group latelyto understand the harmonious labor relationship building done by the Group.

Hosted by the Secretary of Municipal Party Committee of Liaoyang City Mr. Tang Zhiguo, a seminar was held in Liaoning Zhongwang Group. In the meeting, Liaoning Zhongwang Group Labor Union has reported its work on the topic “leveraging the capabilities of labor union, building harmonious labor relationship, making a contribution to the corporation by mustering and mobilizing workers to realize the gradual development of the corporation.”

Since the labor union of Liaoning Zhongwang Group was established, it has implemented guidelines laid down by national, provincial and city labor unions.  It also launched activities to build up harmonious labor relationship, built up a comprehensive mechanism for collective bargaining for wages and set forth labor rules for the corporation to comply with a view to protecting legal interests of workers. All these measures help maintain the stability and harmony among workers, making a contribution to achieve the stable yet rapid business development.

Chairman Zhao Guohong fully affirmed the harmonious labor relations building work by Zhongwang Group and also the achievements which the labor union has accomplished so far. She said that Zhongwang, as the largest private enterprise in Liaoyang City, takes care of their workers’ interests while maintaining rapid economic development. The company has set a good example for other private businesses in Liaoyang City. She also lauded the Zhongwang’s labor union as it has fully leveraged its capabilities and created a stable work environment for workers. By doing so, the labor union further stimulates the workers’ efficiency and creativity, realizing the “win-win” situation of harmonious labor relationship and the corporation per se.
