To satisfy the needs for large section casting and cutting, China Zhongwang introduced two automatic ingot cutting machine. With assistance from supplier’s technicians, new equipment installation has already been started.
The newly introduced equipment is used in industrial aluminium extrusion assembly line and can perform continuous cutting for large amount of cast rods. The manual operation function of the new equipment can be applied in every movable part. The advanced control system enables technicians to understand the production status in details. The advanced cutting method ensures the high precision of aluminium rods. On top of that, the new equipment automatically recycles and reuses waste materials from the production process.
