In order to fulfill the increasing demand of further fabrication business, China Zhongwang added a new LD type electric single-girder gantry crane on top of its existing gantry crane. The installation of the new equipment was finished and trial production has been commenced.
The newly added gantry crane is designed and manufactured according to the standard of JB/T1306 series. It can be used together with electric hoist in CDI form as a light and small crane with track. The equipment can be operated on the ground with maximum lifting capacity of 3 tonnes and span of 10.5 meters. Made from rolling steel plate with originated "U" shaped channel, The main beams and crossbeams have solid structure and advanced functions.
Being the specialized ancillary equipment for the new gantry crane, electric hoist can move along the main beam vertically and lift heavy objects. Its advantages include compact structure, large lifting capacity and speedy lifting capability. It is suitable for workplace in need of precise positioning and stable lifting. In addition, it is ideal for lifting materials, as it can greatly improve operator"s working conditions and increase labor productivity.
