In accordance with "Notice on developing advanced unit of democratic management in factory affairs"， The Liaogyang Factory Affairs Leading Group organised “Star Rating Activities of Democratic Management in Factory Affairs” across the city. The program was launched according to the laws and regulations of "Labor Contract Law", "Trade Union Law", "Liaoning Province Enterprises Factory Affairs Provisions" and the "Provisions of Workers' Congress of Liaoning Province". It examined all enterprises in Liaoning city, evaluating them in four aspects: the factory affairs democratic management infrastructure, system built-up, the responsibilities and duties implementation of the Congress of Trade Unions and innovation in factory affairs. This study aims to institutionalize and standardize the development of democratic management in factory affairs vigorously, as well as plays a more important role in promoting the enterprises’ reform and development on democratic management in factory affairs.

 

By participating in the “Star Rating Activities of Democratic Management in Factory Affairs”, China Zhongwang further promotes the democratic rights of its workers, enhances its level of transparency and democratic management in factory affairs, mobilizes its staff and plays an important role in achieving the goal of transforming Liaoyang into a mega city.
