Since late 2012, smelting and casting plant technicians have embarked on gas-powered modification projects for homogeneous furnaces. The project aimed at converting such traditional fuel as diesel into natural gas. Natural gas is recognized as a clean energy in the world due to its high combustion value, pollution-free combustion products, safety and convenience. Not only can it enhance energy efficiency, but also improve the ecological environment.

 

During the improvement process, mechanics added a cylinder on both sides of heating furnaces and also multiple facilities such as fences to ensure safety while improving the gas pipeline and other main body construction. The modified homogeneous furnaces have the advantages of high homogeneous treatment efficiency, high energy utilization, and environmental friendly.
