Recently, China Zhongwang has announced its 2013 Top Ten News:
1. Ranked at the forefront of “Top 100 Enterprises in China Aluminum Industry” Thanks to its competitive edges in industrial aluminium industry and business extension to the deep-processed and aluminium flat rolled projects. China Zhongwang was ranked as the 5th of “Top 100 Enterprises in China Aluminum Industry” in 2013.
2. Two specialized technologies received “China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award”
In May 2013, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and Nonferrous Metals Society of China announced “China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award”. EMU aluminum alloy extrusion technology and 582mm-7XXX hard aluminum alloy round ingot processing technology have won the second prize and third prize respectively. The honors show that the Group"s aluminum special processing technology is at the forefront of the national level.
3. Signed a syndicated loan agreement of the US$200 million
On January 16, 2013, the Group held a syndicated loan signing ceremony with a consortium of 15 mainland Chinese, Hong Kong and Taiwan financial institutions and signed USD $ 200 million financing loan agreement. The syndicated loan made the Group the largest private enterprise to receive financing from Taiwan banks after Taiwan eased the restrictions to issue loans to individuals and institutions in Mainland China after September 2011.
4. The Extraordinary General Meeting
On December 27, 2013, the Group held an extraordinary general meeting.
5. Wang Min, the Secretary of Provincial Committee and the Chairman of Local People's Congress visited the Group.
On April 10, 2013, the Secretary of Liaoning Provincial Committee of CPC and the Chairman of Local People's Congress paid a special visit to the Group for work research.
6. The poetry reading contest "My dream • Zhongwang Dream •China Dream" was held.
On November 16, 2013, the Party Committee of the Group organized "My dream • Zhongwang Dream • China Dream”, a poetry reading contest.
7. The Group’s labor union received “National Exemplary Workers’ Home” honor
On August 2013, the Group was rewarded by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) with the “National Exemplary Workers’ Home.” This is the second honor acquired after the “Red-Flag Unit of National Home Model Worker” title.
8. RF-UIM attendance system Initiated
On March 22, 2013, the Group’s RF-UIM attendance system was officially launched. As a remote attendance and identification system, RF-UIM integrated with the cell phone to deliver faster and convenient services.
9. Received “Chinese Enterprises Environment protection Qingxin Prize” for the second year in a row.
In early October 2013, the fourth “Chinese Enterprises Environment Protection Qingxin Award Ceremony" was held in Beijing. The Group received this award the second year in a row.
10. Recognition as “National Model for University Graduate Employment and Internships”
In mid-October 2013, the group was recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as “National Model for University Graduate Employment and Internships”.
