Recently, Liaoning Zhongwang Aluminium Alloy Further Fabrication Company Limited signed an agreement with Liaoyang City Government to construct an aluminium alloy further fabrication plant located in the new city of Hedong.

Liaoning Zhongwang Aluminium Alloy Further Fabrication Company Limited is a subsidiary of China Zhongwang. Its aluminium alloy further fabrication project obtained overwhelming support from the city committee and the city government. Aluminium alloy further fabrication represents the future direction of aluminium processing industry. Therefore, the Group has spared no efforts to develop it. 

The aluminium alloy  further fabricated products are technically more advanced and therefore command higher selling prices and gross profits compared with industrial aluminium extrusion products. According to the 2013 annual report, the sales volume of aluminium alloy further fabricated products rose by 91.1% to 53,000 tonnes while the sales revenue grew by 52.9% to RMB1.47 billion. Since the further fabrication center commenced its full operation in 2013, it has developed a series of new products in tandem with the light-weight development trend in transportation sector, such as aluminium fire trucks, garbage trucks, high-speed rail car bodies suitable for alpine cold regions and semi-trailers.

China Zhongwang and the local government have been cooperating for years. The local government has highly valued the development of aluminium alloy industry and so established a new area for aluminium alloy further fabrication industry in Hedong. The signing of this project agreement will strengthen the ties between both parties, thereby further advancing the aluminium alloy further fabrication industry development.
