Mr. Liu Yunshan, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party, visited China Zhongwang to examine the status of the party's mass education practice (2nd batch) and the establishment of labor representative panel on Apr.22nd, 2014. He was warmly welcomed by the Group’s Chairman Mr. Liu Zhongtian and Secretary Mr. Zhang Rui, among all the employees.
During the visit, he highly praised China Zhongwang as a representative of the industrial base with long history in Northeastern China. He also affirmed China Zhongwang’s efforts on the implementation of the party's mass education practice and the establishment of labor representative panel, laying a sound foundation for the Group’s further development.

3, China Zhongwang ranked high in the list of the Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises
The list of the Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises was rated and announced by China Federation of Private Enterprises, China Statistical Association and Enterprise Research Center of the Institute of China Academy of Management Science in November, 2014. Thanks to its outstanding performance in smelting, rolling and processing of non-ferrous metal, China Zhongwang was ranked 194 on the list, showing its strong competitive edge.

5, China Zhongwang was recognized as High and New Technology Enterprise
On Jan.22, 2014, China Zhongwang has been recognized as a national high and new technology enterprise according to a “Notice of Recognition of the Second Batch of High and New Technology Enterprises in Liaoning Province in 2013”, jointly issued by the Science and Technology Department of Liaoning province, Finance Department of Liaoning province, Office of State Administration of Taxation of Liaoning province and Local Taxation Bureau of Liaoning province. The recognition was a testament to the Group's R&D capabilityand brand image,which in turn strengthened the competitive edge of the Group in the market.
6, China Zhongwang was awarded the first "Liaoning Industry Award"
In March 2014, China Zhongwang was awarded the first "Liaoning Industry Award"released by Liaoning Provincial Federation of Industrial Economics. The award represented the highest honor in the industrial field inLiaoning Province.
7. The Group’s Party Committee and Human Resources Department released the document of “China Zhongwang: Supplementary Provisions of Anti-corruption.”
On October 25th, 2014, The Communist Party Committee of China Zhongwang and its Human Resources Department jointly released the document of “China Zhongwang: Supplementary Provisions of Anti-corruption.” The aim of the document was to implement the strategic plan of honest business and anti-corruption, to strengthen the Group's internal integrity and discipline as well as toadvocate true values for the employees to fight against corruption.The document was a guidance to facilitate the healthy and stable development of the Group.
8. Signing Ceremony for the PartnershipAgreement between China Zhongwang and Dalian University of Technology
The partnership agreement signing ceremony between China Zhongwang and Dalian University of Technology was heldon Jun 12th, 2014.
Mr. Zhang Rui, the Group’s Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager, and Dr. He Gaohong, Vice Director of Panjin Campus and Dean of School of Petroleum & Chemical Engineering of Dalian University of Technology, signed the agreement on behalf of each party. The cooperation enabled both parties to further strengthen pragmatic and efficient collaboration, and to explore a new model of cooperation between colleges and entrepreneurs fora win-win situation.
9. China Zhongwang’s employee welfare project achieved remarkable results
From May to October 2014, the staff welfare in China Zhongwang achieved remarkable improvement. On the 19th of May, Zhongwang’s community health service station was formally launched to offer concessional and efficient medical services to the Group’s staff. On the 15th of June, Zhongwang’s shuttle bus made debut to offer convenient transportation to the employees. Since early October, the new staff canteenwas open, providing meals at a lower price and solving the problem of dining.
10. China Zhongwang Took Initiative to Promote Good Deeds
On October 2014, China Zhongwang launched a recognition mechanism to praise the good deeds and virtues of staff, conscientiously implementing the directives of superiors and connecting with the practical situation. Such mechanism was to creatively and innovatively develop the contemporary resources of traditional Chinese culture, to promote the human virtues and deliver positive energy, and to lead core socialist values to be implemented thoroughly.
