Recently, China Zhongwang Aluminium Vehicle Body Factory has introduced three sets of comprehensive processing machine tools so as to meet the growing demand for production and processing business. It is said that the newly-introduced machine tools have commenced trial-operation after the installation and adjustment. 

The comprehensive processing machine tools are made up of operating system, control system and processing system. They are also recognized as the advanced equipment with powerful comprehensive processing capability. The operating device of the machine tool comprises the control panel and mechanical operation panel. With the aid of human-machine interface, the operator can adjust the technological parameter to accurately execute the procedure and fulfill the processing task. Equipped with advanced processing functions such as main spindle rotation and speed governing, the machine tool is able to achieve the high-accuracy processing on special components. 

The advanced technical equipment has laid a solid foundation for company development and competitive strength. In 2014, the Group achieved sustainable growth through equipment upgrade, product R&D, market development and industrial chain extension. 

According to the financial report of the Group in 2014, the net profit of the group increased by 16.5% and reached RMB2.48. Aluminium extrusion products rose by 14% to around 745,000 tonnes. Export went up 35.4% to around 84,000 tonnes. With the growing awareness of saving the energy and reducing the emission as well as the global trend of light-weight development in the transportation sector, the Group will speed up efforts to enhance the production capability of aluminium-made commercial vehicle so as to satisfy the growing market in China.
