On June 30, the 2350mm CVC 6-roll cold rolling mill introduced by Tianjin Zhongwang Aluminium Co., Ltd from Germany SMS went through the first trial run of load test successfully. It will lay a solid foundation for the further optimization of system performance for 2350mmcold rolling mill.

The cold rolling mill has been equipped with the most advanced aluminum alloy rolling technologies such as the unique hydraulic bending roll, CVC intermediate roll, hot-oil edge spray system (HES) and multi-section rolling oil cooling, thus achieving the accurate control over theconvexity of plate material and ensuring the excellent plate shape and thickness tolerance of high-precision wide-plate product.
