Recently, the 5# casting line in Tianjin Zhongwang’s casting house successfully produced three 2xxx aluminium alloy slabs in one go. After that, the line further produces three more 2xxx hard alloy slabs in one go, followed by two batches totaling of six hard alloy slabs in succession.

The successful trial of 5# casting line indicates the smooth running of the casting process, which sets forth solid base for continuous trial runs in hot rolling plant and furthermore for the whole production process. The utilization rate of the casting lines is significantly improved due to the rationale allocation adopted. Equipped with the corollary facilities imported from top global manufacturers, including melting & holding furnaces, casting machines and other advanced on-line treatment equipment featured with high reliable, repeatable and universal applicable, the casting lines are able to produce full range of quality products in various dimensions with stable performance.
