On 3rd December, 2015, the roller-hearth quenching furnace in Tianjin Zhongwang’s flat rolling plant successfully produced aluminium quenched plates with high strength. The quenching furnace is imported from EBNER Company in Austria, and the quenching process involves heating followed by water cooling process.

The quenching furnace is with high thermal efficiency, precise temperature control and efficient quenching system, enabling the Group to tap the ultra-thick aluminium quenched plates market and provide high quality plates that is in imperative demand in the aerospace and aviation sector in China.
