Recently, China Zhongwang obtains a special investment supporting fund from the Central budget for its investment in the industrialization projects (the “industrialization projects”) of large-sized high quality aluminum ingot and complex cross-sections aluminum extrusion products. The industrialization projects are under the industrial and technical transformation in 2015. This is another national supporting fund that China Zhongwang obtained after receiving the supporting fund from the national Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (“MIIT”) on industrial upgrade and enterprise development.
It is reported that the construction period of the industrialization projects is from January 2015 to December 2017, with a total planned CAPEX of RMB350 million. The investment is mainly used for the expansion of the production lines with an annual smelting and casting capacity of 400,000 tonnes of large-sized high quality aluminum ingot and an annual extrusion capacity of 80,000 tonnes of complex cross-sections aluminum products.
In 2015, China Zhongwang continued to undertake a number of technology projects in national, provincial, city, and district levels. The projects include the national strategic innovation product, key new product plan, 863 plan, industrial upgrade and consolidation project, and special project on industrial revitalization and technology transformation. Moreover, China Zhongwang is authorized by MIIT as one of the members of the State’s cooperation mechanism between upstream and downstream players for aluminium application in civil aviation. By the end of October 2015, China Zhongwang had been accredited a total of 340 patents, organized and participated in 35 standard implementation and revision in both national and industry level, symbolizing the Group’s leading position in technology.
