Recently, Mr. Li Xi, secretary of the standing committee and director of the standing committee of People's Congress of Liaoning Province, visited China Zhongwang and conducted survey on how to strengthen and improve the labor union.

Mr. Li praised and acknowledged the achievements of the labor union of China Zhongwang. He encouraged continuous development of the labor union, in line with the Group’s development, to protect the legitimate rights of staff. Through building a new labor relationship with order, fairness and win-win situation, staff will become a true partner with the Group in terms of its benefit, career, and the future development.

Leveraging its events to establish staff families as a platform, the Group’s labor union implements laws and regulations including the Labor Contract Law, and substitutes the regular help with that for major festivals, to realize the standardization and institutionalization of the help provided to less privileged staff. Following the principle of full participation, the Group’s labor union organizes recreational activities regularly to enrich the leisure time of the employees. 

The Group’s labor union is recognized as the "Model Unit of staff families in Liaoning Province", "Advanced Labor Union in Liaoyang", and "Model staff families in National level”.
