Recently, Aviation and Rail Transit Aluminium Processing Technology National-Local Collaborated Research Center declared by Liaoning Zhongwang Group Co., Ltd. was officially approved by National Development and Reform Commission.
It is another national R&D platform after Liaoning Zhongwang Group’s national enterprise technology, while it is also the only approved national-local joint engineering research center in aluminium processing technology field in Liaoning.
National-local joint engineering research center is an important innovative platform to connect national and provincial engineering research center as well as an important part of national innovative system construction. It is said that only 5 national-local joint engineering research centers were approved to be constructed in Liaoning in 2015.
The responsible person from Liaoning Zhongwang Group stated, the research center that the Group has successfully applied will center on national development strategies of “Made in China 2025” and “One Belt and One Road” and target at the needs for international rail transportation and aviation aluminium market to construct the first-class high-end aluminium products and technology R&D platform and industrialized base.
Zhongwang has always focused on R&D and innovation and achieved impressive accomplishments in relevant fields. According to 2015 Annual Report, Zhongwang has developed more than 100 new products in 2015, won 13 national, provincial and municipal scientific and innovative product prizes and completed 93 patent applications.
