In order to strengthen the enterprise safety management, safety supervision department of Liaoning Zhongwang group conducted a safety management training session recently to nearly 1,000 management staff from various production units and departments.
The purpose of this training is to allow management of all levels to establish the correct safety values, understand the importance of safety management for the development of enterprises and clearly recognize the true value of security management.
The training mainly involves three parts, including "safe production" inspiration brought by "the Atlantic" accidents, safety production accountabilities of management personnel and the way to do a good job in daily safety management.
At the end of the training, the management personnel who participate in the training are given a test on the spot. Through the promotion of test to learning, the participants are able to master relevant content more profoundly, so that the responsibility of safe production management and awareness are enhanced.
In addition, the training session clearly announces that in the future, we will insist safe production management principles, i.e. people who are in charge, are the sponsor and check are responsible for the production. The security work can be implemented by combining the actual situation of safety work with the safety production target management and one vote veto system of the implementation of the safety responsibility accident.
